Janet
Owner/Operator/Barista
Born and raised in Chelan, Wa., Janet moved to Seattle in 1997 to attend the University of Washington. She graduated in 2002 with a B.A. focusing in Political Science. After working as a barista at Café Van Gogh for 3 year, Janet and her husband purchased the coffee shop in December of 2006. Janet loves to know what is going on in all her customer's lives. Her sincerity and empathy brings a feeling of home and friendship to the coffee shop. Janet still works full-time as a barista to ensure the highest quality and to keep in touch with her customers and their needs.
Emily

From Poulsbo, WA came Emily. She found her way to Café Van Gogh in 2005 and hasn't left yet! Emily is the nicest barista you will ever meet, and customers claim that she is also one of the best. Emily has an essence about her that leaves you feeling warm and appreciated. She has over 6 years of barista experience; her lattes have the silkiest foam and always come with a smile. Emily will continue to work full-time as a lead barista while she completes college.
Molly

Our most recent addition; but don't call her a rookie. Mollie has been a barista for years and joined Van Gogh CoffeeHouse in the Fall of 2007. Mollie works full-time while she is finishing her college credits to move on to Nursing School. This easy-going and relaxed barista is guaranteed to be wearing Seahawks gear on game days and is always rallying for the home team.
